Hello all,
I'm sorry maybe this is a little bit stupid question.
Let's say, when there are three inlet faces of the same shape, and I give a volumic flow rate 13 (m^3/s) in GUI to all three inlet faces.
In this case, each face has 13 (m^3/s) volumic flow rate, right?
It does not mean the total of the three faces is 13 (m^3/s), right?
Is my understand correctly?
Best regards,
Hamada

Re: Volumic flow rate as boundary conndition
Hello,
The volumic flow rate is for a given inlet zone. So if all 3 faces are part of the same zone, the flow rate applies to the total.
If each face is part of a different zone, the flow rate applies 3 times.
So it all depends on how you choose to define boundary zones based on the mesh groups and geometry.
